Do I have to answer to National Pro Clean Corp.?

Absolutely not!  We are not a franchise.  We do not impose financial controls or ask you to adhere to our directives.  You maintain total independence.  We make many suggestions for ethical and professional standards and hope each contractor will be responsible in accepting sound advice.  In turn, we hope each contractor will adhere to our Code of Ethics.

Does the program really work and produce results?

Absolutely.  We have numerous success stories.  Letters of recommendation are available upon request.  They contain the actual names, addresses, and phone numbers of contractors who contribute their success to our Training and Certification Program.  If you want to be a successful contractor, why not learn from a highly successful business coach?

How long does it take to get the program after I place my order?

When you order by credit card or money order, your program is normally shipped in 24-48 hours.  Personal checks are welcome, but please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

How long does it take before I start earning an income?

Each contractor will experience a different growth rate.  Those who have cleaning supervisory experience, sales experience, extensive contacts, and full-time availability will grow rapidly.  Many contractors have experienced a growth of $4000 a month income in 60-90 days.

Those who must work part-time, with limited experience, will grow at a slower rate.  As far as actual cash flow, expect a delay in getting revenues from janitorial contracts.  When you make a bid, it may take 30 days for the customer to decide and another 30 days in giving notice to his present contractor.  You normally bill in advance, but receive your check after cleaning for 30 days.  Maid service, floor care, and carpet care is normally a cash basis.  You present a bill when finished and pick up a check.

As you grow, the objective is to hire cleaning teams to do the work for you.  Expect to pay 50-60% in labor and chemicals and the remainder is for overhead, expenses, and profit.

Starting from home, and doing the work yourself, initially has an advantage in keeping your expenses down and your profits high.

What other expenses will I have in getting started?

Individuals all vary in the magnitude of their goals, so there are no set expense amounts.  In general, expect to spend $500-$1000 for a good set of janitorial equipment.  A carpet cleaning extractor and buffer with chemicals, etc., will run around $4000.

Bonding is not mandatory, but advisable, costing around $100 per year.  General Liability Insurance is also not mandatory, but advisable.  It runs in the neighborhood of $500-$1000 a year depending on startup payroll and coverage limits.  You will have office supply expenses, printing, advertising, postage, etc.  Figure between $200-$300.

Finally, you will need a business license.  They run from $15 to $70 in most cities.  Our program has a startup projection worksheet that will help you itemize projected expenses.
