Borne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR Part 1910.1030). The purpose of the regulation is to protect workers who may come in contact
with the HBV Hepatitis B Virus, HIV (AIDS) Virus or other blood borne pathogens. It requires employers to provide training
to all employees with occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious diseases - - at the time of their initial
assignment, within ninety days of the effective date of the regulation and annually thereafter. Fines for non-compliance range
